Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care safely and effectively in a variety of settings. The 护理学副学士 (ADN) program is designed to produce capable and experienced RNs. After earning the degree, an ADN graduate must sit for the NCLEX-RN exam. Once passed, the ADN is eligible for registration to become an RN.
